Pre-Understanding

I don’t need to say: if god wills. It feels weird. Even. If life wills. I intend. It is understood… The only time it is mentioned in the Quran is in regards to haughtiness, pride. If I don’t have it, then it doesn’t matter. The Quran is a joke.

If the quran is revealed or any book, it uses the language of its time. Maybe at that time gods and devils meant a lot in people’s minds. In today’s terms, it would be ego, unconsciousness…

Eckhart Tolle just said that he wrote the course in miracles. Not him. But if he identify with the one consciousness, then he did. Then that explain the quran where that entity takes credit for things that it did not do. The one consciousness said: “be the change that you want to see in the world.”

It is always a judgment with this god, with this Quran.

The Quran is just positive thinking, common sense.

The real teaching, inwardly, is always the same. Different communities express it differently.

The quran could have come from the prophet for being still.

Interactions in the quran with God like we inspired, God said, he saw the signs of God… he marveled at God creations. It just means deeply consider. That’s just a fault of language. That’s just how it puts it. Ekhart is appreciative not in words but deep contemplation. ST once said what does your lord say about going to collect his stuff in Gabon. That’s the only explanation that makes sense. Cwg makes it clear that all the miracles were done by Moses not God. It’s just how the quran puts it. CWG makes it clear that meditation is the way to god.

2:236 -> There is no blame on you for subtly showing interest in ˹divorced or widowed˺ women1 or for hiding ˹the intention˺ in your hearts. Allah knows that you are considering them ˹for marriage˺

2:238 -> Observe the ˹five obligatory˺ prayers—especially the middle prayer1—and stand in true devotion to Allah.

2:239 -> If you are in danger, pray on foot or while riding. But when you are safe, ˹take time to˺ remember Allah for teaching you what you did not know.  à take time to remember stillness.

2:282: -> The scribe should not refuse to write as Allah has taught them to write.          à God is just life, the universe. ST said that God taught him. So now it is clear.

7:61 -> He replied, “O my people! I am not misguided! But I am a messenger from the Lord of all worlds,                      à it just means that I see what you do not see. I know what you do not know. It can be through knowledge like meteorology or intuition like dreams, visions that come true.

7:201 -> Indeed, when Satan whispers to those mindful ˹of Allah˺, they remember ˹their Lord˺ then they start to see ˹things˺ clearly.                      à mindfulness.

7:202 -> If you ˹O Prophet˺ do not bring them a sign ˹which they demanded˺, they ask, “Why do you not make it yourself?” Say, “I only follow what is revealed to me from my Lord. This ˹Quran˺ is an insight from your Lord—a guide and a mercy for those who believe.”                   àGuidance is just clear intuition, inner knowing.

Little do they hold thought for Allah -> to keep an awareness in the conversation. Now, it makes sense. It is always there. If I am not aware of it, it is as if it was not there.

I become the ear he hears, the eyes he sees, the legs he walks… That is walking in mindfulness. Highest knowledge is wisdom and to feel that aliveness while I am walking, talking, running… I am connected to a transcendent dimension. Without that, I will always have challenges.

God’s pleasure is the soul’s pleasure.

3:16 -> Our Lord! We have believed, so forgive our sins and protect us from the torment of the Fire.                     -> That is the same as living in the present moment. That is just… Living in the present moment is to have no sin and to be free from the fire.

Everything praising god… -> That is presence. The universe becomes aware of itself. There is a state of alert presence, of goodness, of perfection of everything.

I fear no one but god -> means to live in the present moment.

In the bible, it says Joseph’s inmate forgot. In the quran, it says, Satan made him forget. It is just a way of explaining reality. I knew this. It is nothing serious about religion. It is jargon at its best, yet people kill each other over interpretation. They argue and become enemies over interpretations. So Satan can be translated as ego, forgetfulness, negative thinking, jealousy… In the bible, it says the father was sad. He is deprived of his sons. In the Quran, it says, “I know from Allah what you do not know.” God is just deep thought. In the bible, Joseph uses a cup for divination. In the Quran, the sons throwing a scarf of Joseph is a symbol that they told him everything about Joseph in Egypt.

In the bible it says that god knew the jealousy of Aaron and his sons towards moses. -> That is just inner knowing or reading other people’ thoughts. That is just how the bible puts it. Nothing magical or extra. It happens to ordinary people like me. I can read other people’ thoughts. I can feel other people’ intentions.

The first born (humans or animals) belong to the lord. Just means, it belongs to the state or priest… It is just a language of basic living life. The truth never changes. It can be expressed differently.

Then the Lordsaid to Moses, “Make a snake image and mount it on a pole. When anyone who is bitten looks at it, he will recover.” 9 ­So Moses made a bronze snake and mounted it on a pole. Whenever someone was bitten, and he looked at the bronze snake, he recovered. -> Isn’t that idolatry. God is nothing but one mindedness. Not necessarily an idol. Obviously it should be considered an idol. The statue has no quality to heal anything.

I am who I am -> God said to moses. “I am” spoke to me. “I am” sent me.

She fell facedown, bowed to the ground, and said to him, “Why have I found favor with you, so that you notice me, although I am a foreigner?” -> Moses, Aaron… all said, If I have found favor with you…

When ST gave the Quran to an Arab through intuition… That was not God. That was ST. Everything Moses did was Moses, not God. Everything Einstein did was Einstein alone, not God. Everything is life. Everything is part of the universe. That is just ST doing. Nothing has anything to do with life. Life is free from everything.

About who is going to get his stuff, ST said: “what has your lord think”.

Jesus answered them, “You are mistaken, because you don’t know the Scriptures or the power of God. 30 For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage but are likek angels in heaven. 31 Now concerning the resurrection of the dead, haven’t you read what was spoken to you by God: 32I am the God of Abraham and the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob?l Hem is not the God of the dead, but of the living.” -> There is no judgment at death.

1 And whoever gives you a cup of water to drink in my name, because you belong to Christ — truly I tell you, he will never lose his reward.

We taught him from ourselves… That is sitting in meditation or silence.

Those who forget to remember us, we will cause them to forget themselves… -> meditation. The more you meditate, the more you are yourself. It just means to be still. It can happen through swimming, running…

The day of judgment is the day where everything about our lives becomes more clear. The nature of reality. The nature of our thoughts and actions.  -> it just means they will be in disbelief at first, then they will accept this is the reality. But if only you could see when they will be detained before their Lord! He will ask ˹them˺, “Is this ˹Hereafter˺ not the truth?” They will cry, “Absolutely, by our Lord!” He will say, “Then taste the punishment for your disbelief.”

When religion becomes automatic, cultural… Then it loses its spirituality.

Today We will preserve your corpse so that you may become an example¹ for those who come after you. And surely most people are heedless of Our examples!” -> God did not preserve his corpse. It was a custom at the time to mummify.

Their messengers said to them, “We are ˹indeed˺ only humans like you, but Allah favours whoever He chooses of His servants. It is not for us to bring you any proof without Allah’s permission. And in Allah let the believers put their trust. -> it just means that life just happens. ET became enlightened. NDW wrote the CWG trilogy. There is no favor. It just happens. That is just the misleading way the Quran puts it.

From what we provided for them. -> I hate those statements.

ST gave us this… -> I hate those statements.

And do not take your oaths as a means of deceiving one another or your feet will slip after they have been firm. Then you will taste the evil ˹consequences˺ of hindering ˹others˺ from the Way of Allah, and you will suffer a tremendous punishment. -> So breaking oaths is a way to hinder others from God’s way. To hinder other people about their daily commitments.

Do not follow what you have no ˹sure˺ knowledge of. Indeed, all will be called to account for ˹their˺ hearing, sight, and intellect. -> I only follow what I know.

20:41 And I have selected you for My service.-> I am not in the service of anyone but my soul.

28:07 We inspired the mother of Moses: “Nurse him, but when you fear for him, put him then into the river, and do not fear or grieve. We will certainly return him to you, and make him one of the messengers.” -> It is just a positive thought, inner knowing.

47:28 This is because they follow whatever displeases Allah and hate whatever pleases Him, so He has rendered their deeds void. -> God’s pleasure is xyz. God’s displeasure is xyz. ST pleasure is xyz. ST displeasure is xyz. It is similar or the same. But thinking good does not belong to anyone. The toubab who works for him do not have the same intentions, so their deeds are void. He uses the same words as God.

If they flee, they flee because of God. They could flee just because they are fearful. I see they change the mindsets of people. If a person gives, he gives just to give, not because of ST but they insist in saying he gave for ST, thus indoctrinating people to think a certain way.

Chapter 1:

This is the book for those who are trying to be mindful at all times. The book for those who want to live in the present moment. The only moment there is. The only salvation there is.

The guided ones are those who dwell in presence, who hold nothing internally for attachment or identification. Those are the free ones in the moment.

Living in silence is where true guidance is.

Those who live in negativity, spread negativity. There is nothing that can be done for them. They will not hear positivity or cease for they have created a self, a world around it. Life has answered their prayers of negativity and there is nothing that can be done to save them.

If there is sickness in the heart, the universe will increase it. There is a huge punishment awaiting those who think negative. Despair, false hope, waiting for the worst…

Evil is also to stop people from going to work or go to the  well to benefit themselves or others. Without a just reason.

 

When they are told, come to presence. Their egos have fooled them till they can’t see what they are denying. Little temporary pleasure will they get from the ego, then constant unhappiness. Little do they understand. They have traded presence for ego, darkness for light.

Through Presence and positive thinking, I get everything I want from the universe.

I am threading the path of positivity, not the path of negativity, worry and ego. Not the path of those who attract the worst from the universe.

All praises are due towards presence. The one that is always there. The only needed medicine. The only true satisfaction.

 

Chapter 2:

Silence is the book for those who are committed to living in the present moment.

Consciousness is what provides since it is the source of everything.

Those who know there is no death for consciousness.

Those who have no faith in positive thinking, in the relationship between thought and reality will suffer.

Those who try to deceive others only deceive themselves. Those who think there is something more important than the present moment are only fooling themselves.

Those who do not live in the present moment are not true. There is a sickness in their hearts.

I stay away from those who think they do good but they are the problem makers. They are led by the ego. The energy from where it comes from is very bad.

The universe will throw their deception back at them. They are the ones who think that their thoughts are a game. So, they will suffer for not being mindful of their own thoughts.

Everything returns back to the one, the inward, the source where all started. It is timeless.

The example of those who are lost are like those who are engrossed in egos till they feel like it is stable, then life shakes them, then they become lost again.

Suffering is prepared for those who think negative.

Only presence can create something beautiful and true. Ego can not. Only positive thinking can create something beautiful. Negative thinking can not.

It is presence who provides, not the ego.

There is no helper but in presence and positive thinking. Everything else seems real and its reality is empty. It is a mirage. Presence is the irresistible, the fulfilling, the joy, the power…

Give good news to those who do good and think good, that the universe will multiply it. And when it is given back to them, it is similar to what was given to them before and it is what their hands have sent forth. So, strive in positive thinking, strive in contentment, strive in joy and a garden as big as the heavens will be for those who thread such a path.

A mind that is purified with positivity will dwell in peace forever. Not even death can take that away. I will have all that I desire. The fulfillment of all desires leads to full contentment and joy. No more a thing of wonder. A blade of grass is a sign that life is perfection. Fear is gone with the end of all egos as futile as useless. Ego is fear to seek shelter behind a concept. I am god, the eternal, the inevitable. I am total mind, total awareness. This is the true reality to get used to.

In presence. There is nothing small, nothing bigger than another. I do not feel less standing next to 7^th foot tall person. Everything is full in presence, each moment, each living and non living, even a mosquito. Through stillness, there is guidance in every little event, every little thing. Those who are misguided are those whose minds are not still, they are led by their egos, fantasies… None is led astray except the negatives, the hard headed who can not be still for a minute. They always have something to defend. God’s voice, which is my true voice, comes when everything is still, humble.

The unbelievers are those who try to please their parents, friends… It is more fitting that I try to please reality, life, by being at one with it in each moment without taking any regards to anyone.

Those who break their words are the losers.

Consciousness is the source of everything. When consciousness leaves the body, the body is lifeless. Everything ends and goes back to consciousness.

Deceptions from the ego can lead one from a blissful state of no worries.

Whoever intends to go back to full presence is given.

Presence is standing in awe of life, of reality.

God’s revelations are also my revelations. They confirm deeper truths of the universe that are being awakened in me. I do not deny my intuitions nor replace them for egoic temptations.

I do not mix lies with truths unless I have to. I dwell in stillness and I connect with the humble people.

I preach stillness, happiness, and positive thoughts.

I seek help through presence, and positive thinking. Again it is hard except for the humble. It is the faith that universe will bring it regardless of the present circumstances.

Those who are certain that all of this will end and they will go back to being pure awareness.

Every person must thread their own path. No person can thread the path of another. These are deeper truths of the universe.

How presence has taken me away from negativity, mental suffering, always living in the past, complaining, judging, putting some above others, being a slave to circumstances, involuntary thoughts running through my mind… How presence has wiped everything away as if they had never happened.

Those who seek the ego after having tasted presence, are truly in the wrong. They are the ungrateful.

Turn away from the people who are engrossed in ego and fantasy.

There is no wronging to the universe. We are only wronging ourselves and retarding our own self enlightenment or prolonging our suffering.

Those who are engrossed in ego do not fully understand the messages of the soul. So there is deep suffering as punishment for not quieting down the mind. This is not punishment. This is the natural law of the universe being visited upon them. Release the egos, the attachment, be clear consciousness.

Once established in presence, even wanting will no longer be necessary.

Positivity is more important than gold, more stronger than swords.

There are no labels in people depending on their practices. Whoever thinks positive thoughts will have an easy life.

The teachings of mindfulness are in silence.

To those who are aware of the present moment.

In the moment of true presence, there is nothing to be proud of or to be ashamed of.

Those who think negative and are engrossed in negativity will remain in there forever.

Those who think positive thoughts all the time will be at peace forever.

The universe can grant grace to whomever thinks positive.

Eternal peace and joy now and forever is for all those who think positive. It is not reserved to any one people.

I do not abandon my stillness regardless of what I learn whether it is high scientific knowledge or magic, it is ultimately useless. Being mindful is a better reward.

I am not accountable to the residents of suffering because of their negative thoughts and intentions.

Consciousness is the lord of all worlds… It is the awareness out of which all this is possible.

The universe has answered my prayer to be mindful. Therefore, I do not die except in the state of total presence. This is the natural way of the universe.

I am martyred in the cause of presence. Therefore, I live forever in the state of presence. That is immortality.

 

From presence I come to presence I will return to.

When I am provoked, I say: “presence is my master.”

 

It is what I have cultivated in the past that is maturing in the present moment. It is what my hands have sent forth.

 We are all human beings who submit our souls to the universe. Not Jews or Christians or Muslims. We live in presence and think positive thoughts and do good deeds.

 

I am truly appreciative. What I appreciate I protect.  [this moment, my peace, my serenity]

Those who change their ways, welcome the truth within them, will see a new beautiful reality. All their past misdeeds are gone in the present moment.

Those who think negative and spread negativity are a weight on humanity. Whatever their hands have sent forth will not be delayed when it matures.

There is nothing in this universe worthy of worship except presence. If only the unbelievers, the negative thinkers could see the punishment that all power rests in presence.

Presence is all I need in the face of all distractions and temptations and fantasies and labels.

I see the day when the people who follow negative people till they become themselves lost in misery. Then, they will have no one to blame. Those who pushed them in that direction will say, “we invited you and you accepted the invitation. Now I can not help you.” In this moment, there is no help but in presence.

Oh mankind, think positive and avoid the ego and negative thinking so that you may be successful. The ego and negative thinking is truly my sworn enemy.

When it is said “follow presence and positive thinking.” They say: “we follow our forefathers.” Even if their forefathers will involved in ego, negative thinking, and ascribing magic to reality. So, wake up mankind. Choose presence and positive thinking. You are the sole creator of your reality.

I only consume thoughts, actions that are born in presence. I am not swayed by thoughts of gains from the ego.

Those are the ones who trade presence for ego, letting go for attachment…

Righteousness is not a certain pray or movement. Righteousness is to think positively. They are patient in adversity. Those are the ones who dwell in mindfulness. They have no problems. Every seeming problem falls off.

There is a law for doing almost anything. This is so that we are aware of our own actions.

Refraining from negative thinking was prescribed to me as it is was prescribed by previous people.

Righteousness is not doing good deeds or what the world deems as good. Righteousness is rather to live in the present moment, to live as awareness.

 

I Live in presence only. Leave it only to do necessary mundane activities, then return back to presence. I kill all the negative thoughts. I drive them out since they drove me out of my peace, wealth, serenity, certainty. For suffering is far worse than dying.

I do not respect any human titles except presence. Those are just labels that carry no truths. Presence is the only reality that is alimenting all those labels. They have no life, no truth in them. So, I fear them not. I fear not being in presence. I fight negative thoughts wherever I find them. Beingness doesn’t like negativity and what disturbs it.

I fight for beingness till positivity only remains. If those fight me, then I fight back. But more important than fighting is to be mindful of the present, to live in the present moment. That is where all insights and peace reside, not in winning an argument or fight.

I live in the cause of beingness. For beingness doesn’t like fear or attachment. And nothing is too little or too big for beingness.

 

I remain positive for 30 days in order to purify myself. But more important is to live in presence for 30 days. No distractions from tv, social media, sports…

I praise God for the gift of presence that I have received. Then I seek the universe to remove all the past, all the negativity by simply letting go and letting the universe purify me. I welcome forgiveness into myself.

 

People who try to be helpful are not necessarily my people. I care more about what is in their hearts.

I respond in silence to the universe.

When it is said: “live in presence.” They won’t. Pride overtakes them.

There are those who dedicate their lives to presence. The universe likes it when I am present. I enter into presence wholeheartedly. I do not listen to the ego for the ego is a sworn enemy.

I do not trade intuition, revelations for the ego’s voice. If I did, I would be part of the losers.

The universe has favored the positive thinkers above the negative thinkers. And in the moment of dying, the positive thinkers will be far superior than the negative thinkers. Each according to what their hands have sent forth.

 

The ego might say I can’t incur one type of pleasure. With being, there’s infinite pleasure in each moment, in each breath. So dwell in being and all your problems will be gone.

 

The soul interpretation is the only valid interpretation. Any other interpretation is of the ego and it will lead to suffering, arguments. The ego has no home. It jumps from ideas to ideas.

 

All good things come from presence. All the bad in my life comes from the ego.

Anyone who seeks will receive a heartfelt truth if they are genuine people. Neither boasting, neither afraid of people.

What I seek is always near. And only patience can make me attain it.

The soul knows what they ego doesn’t know. Oftentimes what the ego thinks is a perfect outcome for me becomes the contrary. And what the ego thinks is not a good outcome to liberation ends up being that. So, the first thing to do is to surrender to this moment.

The universe know who intends harm and who intends good.

A promise is not truth till it is in the heart.

Being nice is good for my own heart.

I take time to remain in stillness.

When a challenge happens, those who live with mindfulness, their alertness increases instead of living in fear.

Those who dwell in presence have no fear. They don’t feel less in front of a larger person or larger “problem” or feel haughty in front of a smaller person or smaller “problem”. Living in presence is living fearlessly.

Everything is life. Because it is so.

Infinite vast intelligence is in nature. The bee finds pollen intuitively. The body functions 24 hours without my doing. Once I rest in stillness, there is vast power that will overtake everything I do.

I give from the heart because there is more from where that comes from. I do not give with regrets for that is poverty. I give with what I can do without. I do not give too much or too little. The ego is stingy. The soul is giving. Those who lie or break promises unnecessarily. They will have no helper. They will live in sadness. To give humbly and privately is far more superior than to give boastfully and openly.

Just to be mindful of my thoughts. That is the purpose of life. There is no one judging me in this world or any world.

Those who spend their wealth will not fear nor grieve. None will be wronged. The universe has a system.

I do everything bearing mindfulness in mind, righteousness in mind, the power of my thoughts… I am mindful of stillness. Stillness is the one who teaches me.

If they don’t meet their parts of the bargain, just let is go. That is all. That is the meaning. Live lighthearted. Keep your end as much as possible for that is being true to yourself and the universe.

If I am in the wrong, the knowing that I am in the wrong is all that is necessary.

Chapter 3:

The truth downs on a quiet mind.

The day when all egos fall apart. There is only consciousness dawning my mind.

Everything that I held onto as part of me will fall whether it is wealth, woman… There is nothing in this world that I need to hold onto. And if I am holding onto something in favor of ultimate reality, then that is choice to live in a built-up fantasy that can only be held together by constant thinking. Too much work. Too much effort when nothing is required to live happily. I am carrying luggage that I do not need to carry. Everything that I hold onto is nothing but fuel for suffering. A blockage to experience of my ultimate reality, the luminous soul free from all mind patterns. Freedom can only dawn upon a mind that is free from all mental objects, grasping…

The greatest sin is to reject total consciousness. It is to live in a dream within a dream.

The hoarders of thoughts and things will be driven to hell. They derive a sense of self from what they say or do. They derive their sense of self from their life situation.

The enjoyment of certain things of the world is certainly appealing to the ego: horses, cars, women… But presence, beingness, return to the unmanifested is the final destination.

Those who live in the present moment live in uninterrupted peace. That is the soul’s pleasure.

Those who sit in silence are the real pious, charitable… Charity is not to give anything. Charity is understanding the relationship between thoughts and reality and to think only positive thoughts.

I am a witness that there is no reality but I and so are other accomplished people.

The way to the true life is presence.

I have given myself to presence.

Those who deny serenity or serenity practices. Their place is suffering, depression, unhappiness… This is not a judgment and this is not towards any group. Not in favor of any group. Unconsciousness can be found in any group just like consciousness can be found in any group.

Those who, when they act, have no presence in them. Those are the ones whose deeds are null in this world.

When hoards of thinking are occasionally invited into presence through random events in the day, they turn away while giving more thoughts to attachment. It is those who are lost. What they are seeking is of no benefit to them. When it is said: “Come to silence.” They go back to attachment, defenses, anger, unhappiness, sadness… Tell me, which one is better. “the blessings that come from presence or the feeding of the ego where there is no peace except fleeting smiles of joy replaces with consequences of unhappiness for what their hearts were attached to.” Presence invites me to peace and joy while attachment invites me to unhappiness and anger.

When the proud people are told: “Sit and be humble.” It reinforces their egos. Tell me, “Is it better to have an ego or no ego so that the light of consciousness can shine through and solve all problems.”

Those who hold onto to the ego, their life situations. Sometimes they are happy for a little, sometimes they are angry for a little. They say: “We are going to be unhappy just for a little.” Truly, holding on to the ego is the greatest sin and there is no way to know how your soul or the universe will make you suffer for the greatest atrocity that you have created. They have uttered a lie which doesn’t exist anywhere except in their heads. Those wrong thoughts torment them day and night. They have been deceived by the wishful thinking of their egos. The ego’s promises are fake promises of happiness. Happiness can only come from  the one, the stillness, the beingness of the soul. There is no peace like it, yet the ego tries to mimic it but all of its machinations will eventually fail. The ego is not eternal, but the soul is. The soul is uncreated but the ego is. The soul is already perfect and complete. But the ego is never going to be perfect or immortal. The ego is always changing, always at risk to be attacked. The soul has nothing to defend or promote or become. Promotion is identification with the ego. The ego just is. It is complete and at peace.

 

Every soul lives the reality that it has cultivated. There is no wronging in the perfect, impersonal system of the universe. When the wrong thinking people are repaid for the totality of their thoughts. No one has wronged but themselves and they can not point the finger towards no one.

 

In the world of ego, above all things is one greater. But in presence and beingness are all things one (good and bad) and where all things will return.

 

Truly, I, as consciousness have authority over everything! You give authority to whoever I please and remove it from who I please; I honour whoever I please and disgrace who I please—all good is in my Hands. Surely I ˹alone˺ am Most Capable of everything.

I am pulling everything I want to myself. I cause the night to appear. I cause the day to appear. I cause every reality to appear. I can create whatever I want without limit.

 

The law:

A conscious positive person can not take an unconscious negative person as a friend. The universe has its laws, and it will reach everyone. A conscious positive person can not frequent the places of an unconscious negative, belief ridden person. One invites you to freedom and happiness. The other invites you to sadness, ego, and overthinking. One takes you to heaven. The other takes you to hell. They think it is someone else who dictates their lives, not knowing that they are in full control of their own lives. They live like a victim. They blame others for their unhappiness. A conscious positive person can not befriend a negative positive person even if that person is their coworker or family or past friend. The positive conscious person is better for you even though he may be poor, ugly. One invites you to beingness. The other invites you to the fire, the ego. One invites you to completion and perfection. The other invites to never-good-enough mental space.

Those who emigrate to a place of peace in order to have more positive thoughts are truly more dear to the universe than those who stay where they are and cultivate negative energy. Truly, I say, there is no power but in presence and positive thinking. A positive thinker is more stronger than a negative thinker. A positive thinker will always defeat a negative thinker. One supported by the universe. The other stands on nothing but a frail ego. One moves in fearless presence. One moves in fearful ego mode.

Whenever positivity is mentioned, those who think positive fall with prostration while saying: “This is from my soul.” This feeds my soul. All of if of my soul. I make no distinction between anything that I create.

 

Just like that man said: “when a thought arises, they rejoice, and say I am happy now.” “when another thought arises, they say, I am sad now.” Lol, is it better to live in up and down or to remain in the stillness, the one, the unchanging. Is it better to have one peace or changing peace and chaos. So, my people of reason, Listen.

 

I seek refuge in presence. Only presence is my source of happiness.

New thought is the only way for humanity to dig out of self-created misery.

 

Whether I give my attention, some to the ego, some to presence. Awareness knows it all. Is it possible to serve two gods? No. Is it possible to fully give attention to two different speeches? No. Therefore, I listen to one and forget the other. I listen to the silent soul and ignore the ego.

When unconscious people say that I am giving some to my ego and some to the self. Say, “That is impossible. Everything is coming from the self. The ego is only a self-made identity created by the past and sustained by fantasy and fear.” The soul invites me to freedom. The ego invites me to the fire, arguments, anger, unfulfillment, desperation, false hopes…

I, the soul, know everything and I am most capable of anything. Limitation is only of the ego.

 

Every mature thought comes into my reality when the time comes. That is the meeting of that day. So, for that, I carry no belittling, negative, fearful thoughts. I seek refuge in presence. I do not blame anyone for my reality for I am the one who constructed it. No one can hurt or benefit me except myself. It is in myself that I seek all refuge.

 

If I truly love life, then I surrender to this moment. Then, this moment will love me, and erase the past and all negativities.

The unconscious people are like herds. In fact, they are worse than animals. They are like donkeys, sheep… They have no light, no awareness, the light of consciousness, the light of presence… The souls of those people is are crying uncontrollably. They will suffer blindly with no way of getting out of it unless they are able to grasp at a little light which can grow to a bigger light through the path of new thought movement.

Indeed the soul enjoys positivity, stillness… above all other traits. All those traits are related.

I dedicate all my thoughts for the service of the self. So, soul, take it from me.

 

Where does all this joy come from? It comes from the soul, from presence.

Everything is created in presence, in the now. It is as it is. None can accept that except the people driven by their egos. All things are possible in the state of no thought.

I will be among those who have no ego, perfect consciousness.

All egoic questions are easily answered at the level of the soul or they just disappear.

Beingness lifts me up above all the falsehood around me. The world can not touch me.

The universe does not guide the wrong thinkers, the trouble makers to a happy outcome.

Those who think positive and do good will have happy outcome from their souls and the universe. Everything is constructed by my soul.

Everything is created by life in the present moment.

I, identified as Consciousness, alone am the almighty, the all-wise, the all-knowing.

Only the ego argues, stillness knows. That is it.

There is no label in beingness. There is no label in oneness-with-the-all. There is only consciousness. Those who are conscious do not identify themselves by anything except consciousness. Not race, origins, gender…

I do not mix truth with falsehood and hide the truth knowingly. I choose stillness, not the ego. I do not choose ego over ultimate reality.

Life is the source of all bounty. Positive thinking is the source of all bounties. Wealth is not in the hands of any single individual.

No one is greater than another. Otherwise that is attributing lies to the universe, to life.

Those who trade their oaths for a fleeting worldly gain, for no apparent grave situation will lose their certainty over time. They become shallow, weak. I try to be honest as much as possible even in the event of some loss. I can not be genuine till I am detached.

I give everything, all my attention to this moment, in a devotional present way. That is the only advice I give. Not to worship anything whether it is a job or marriage.

I accept anything that leads me to presence consciously.

In everything in the universe, there is a pull to presence. There is a pull of wonder to the unmanifested. There is wonder in a devotional presence.

There is no way but a way of beingness, presence and positive thinking. Any other way leads to suffering and unhappiness.

Whatever I learn, I learn it for my own self, my own soul. Not to be argue or please people. That is retardment. That is a waste of mental, emotional energy. There is nowhere in the universe that says that I have to defend any viewpoints. It is all made up in my mind.

The truly lost ones are those who tasted presence and decided to pursue an egoic self. Those people are cursed by their own souls and the souls of anyone wanting to awaken. The consequences of their unconsciousness will come to them swiftly nor will it be delayed after it has matured.

The universe is fair with its system to everyone.

I do not associate with others who have evil intentions.

I do not grieve.

The more I am happy, more comes.

Chapter 4:

I give everything I do my full attention.

If I join in good deeds, I will have a reward from it. If I join in evil deeds, I will have a reward from it.

The deceitful, the liars are in the worst state.

Stillness teaches what the ego never knew which is joy, wisdom…

The universe doesn’t discriminate against or favor anyone. Whoever thinks good will find it. Whoever thinks evil thoughts will find it.

I never sit in a conversation of negativity lest my heart will be just like them.

Their deceitful actions will become clear to them sometime in this life or in the next life. ^^

The universe changes for the person who is positive and appreciate what he has.

The soul doesn’t like negative thoughts to be voiced unless it is totally necessary. The universe, the soul will bring about all recurring thoughts in some form of reality.

By ignoring the mistakes of others, I ignore my own mistakes. I become more gracious to myself.

After many lies, deceptions, negative thinking… The heart becomes closed, shaky, full of distress. That is just a natural process of the universe.

Everything will be more clear in death if it wasn’t clear in life.

There is nothing to argue. There is enough for everyone on earth from life, the universe.

Everything goes back to the unmanifested: the proud and the humble.

 

Chapter 5:

I do not let life’s circumstances lead me to think negatively.

There is no living with hope. The correct way to live is just the correct way to live life. With ease and grace. There is no reward or punishment. There is just a natural outcome to doing good from the heart. There is a natural outcome to thinking negatively or doing consciously what is “wrong” not good for the mind or body or soul.

This peace is inside and everything in the world can not replace it.

This suffering is inside and everything in the world can not alleviate it. Unless I mend my ways, change my thoughts and actions in accordance with the well-being of the soul.

The universe brings joy to those who are just and those who think positively.

I should not concern myself with the people opinions but rather I concern myself with my relationship with the universe through the accumulation of my positive thoughts and actions.

I worship consciousness alone. Everything else is of my own creations. They can neither harm me nor protect me nor benefit me.

I do not make a lot of oaths but those I do; I will do my best to follow through. Making many false hopes dries the heart and the universe sends pain for a deviant heart.

 

 

Chapter 6:

Life is the best witness. Rather my soul is. The soul is the best witness to everything I say and do.

The awareness in me is the all-hearer, the all-knower. I, alone, am the creator of reality.

Calamities are worldly events that happen when the time is right. They are natural. They are not caused by anyone.

True worship is stillness. Not things that set. Not thoughts. Not emotions.

I have no partners in my perception, hearing, touching… It is I alone that is responsible for everything.

Every person will see the weight of their actions in the hereafter. No one can help another.

Awareness is the lord of everything.

 

 

Chapter 7:

I push anxiety and fear away from my heart.

I take whatever guidance that comes to me from my heart. I do not fear the talks of the people. I do not take anyone or anything as my shield or protector. And to stay mindful in awareness.

People who are not mindful suffer because of their ignorance. Societies perish. It is the results of their own actions.

The signs are clear within myself if I am still.

The ego is not part of who I am but it may remain with me till I die or become enlightened. For death is the stripping away of everything that is not me. The ego is the barrier between me and my true self. The beauty is in the stillness of the mind. That is the only way to witness the beauty of creation. The ego is ego. The self is paradise.

The ego is the tree of good and evil. The self is living in a world where everything is good. So, live in mindfulness. There is no death except to the ego. Living in an enlightened state, I know there is no death. There is a dropping of the body, but my essence is immortal.

Mindfulness is the best medicine, the best covering of body parts is positive thinking or stillness.

The only worship there is, is mindfulness and presence. I came alone and will leave alone.

The soul enjoyment is the true enjoyment.

Whoever thinks positive has nothing to fear or grieve. Those who deny heart-felt messages will live in despair and unhappiness.

Anything I put above taking the time to be mindful will be of no value to me when I leave this earth.

Thinking good and doing good removes all bitterness in the heart. Blessed is our positive thoughts and the universe and the soul. For everything is housed in the soul.

Those who have good thoughts will reap their rewards. Those who think evil thoughts will reap their rewards. Those who followed their world desires, their work is in vain.

Those who are deep in positive thinking can not help those who are deep in negative thinking. That is just the nature of things.

Piling up so much evil thoughts can put a person in despair.

If there is rain, there is more. If I think positively there is more. If I think negatively, the land is barren.

Accumulating negativity, lust can result in a big calamity coming out of nowhere.

Acts coming out of surrender is greater than acts coming out of ego.

The idols that I worship: fame, tv… are made by me. They can not benefit nor harm me except in my belief system. When I fear my own beliefs and put them above me, it will only lead to suffering.

When the ego starts to talk, I remain mindful, that way I can see things clearly.

Guidance is just inner knowing, clear intuition for living in the present moment.

Everything I do, I do it to be closer to my soul. Living in presence is the only way, the fastest way. May I wake up every day to be in tune with my soul. It is a rendezvous.

A lie is saying anything that I don’t know. The more I lie, the more I lose certainty.

The misguided ones are those who seek to mislead people from the truth. The truth is presence and each person can find their own practice to presence. Those who seek to entice a certain practice as the way to presence are full of fantasy and seek to mislead people eyes and hearts into a state of unconsciousness, a state of deep dream instead of awakening.

Chapter 8:

 People’s opinions can do me no good in this world and certainly won’t do me any good in the next world. So, I never seek people’s approval.

Nothing changes for a person until that person changes. That is how the universe works.

 

 

Chapter 9:

The ego is very enticing. Its promises are empty and not true. Presence is where there is only good. The ability to label certain things good, others bad is an act of the ego to create a separate self. Whoever takes from the ego no matter how enticing it may be, is kicked off presence. With ego, there is hardship. With presence, there is joy in the work.

I reach towards enlightenment towards everything. There is no need to try to eliminate xyz in order to feel comfortable.

 

 

Chapter 10:

Life belongs to no group. Not this group. Not that group. Life belongs to those who think positively.

I use basic language. I do not use coded language. I live a simple life, making every situation simple.

Assumptions can not replace the truth even if half of the world believed them.

 

Chapter 11:

The best of stories is the story of presence, living in the present moment, beingness with no need of anything. Total contentment and joy.

I follow the inspirational thoughts even if it is to come into the future, even if others will not understand or like it.

I do not share my visions with negative people, ego engrossed people, judgmental people. Lest they might be overtaken by their egos without knowing all power and gifts come from presence, positive thinking. Life, the one, the irresistible. Beingness, the irresistible. Where all actions go back to. To the nothingness out of which they came from.

Through presence, it is revealed to my soul, my consciousness, the workings of the world and of people. I do not need to overthink in any situation.

Surely, I will let the egoic people plot. Indeed, the egos’ plots are very limited. Indeed, I rest my thoughts with the universe who is the best planner and will bring forth what I intend.

The ego promises are nothing but failures. Seek but never find. With beingness, and positive thinking, the promises are truth.

I put my trust in presence and positive thinking after having thought everything out. Indeed, the universe is the best planner and more fulfilling.

People can hate me because they see the body, not the soul, which is who I am really. Consciousness.

Your egos must have inspired you to do something evil. But I seek the universe’s help. Indeed, no one fails who thinks positively and move from that state.

Even with your egos’ plot. When my positive thoughts mature, and the universe blesses me, no one can stop it. Indeed, my blessings are from my positive thinking not from my family or brothers or sisters or friends… Those are all labels that people from the past have used to justify reality.

That is how the universe has established me in the land of fruitfulness.

When I reached the right age, I attained wisdom because I am still. Inner knowing just comes to me naturally.

When I am tempted with fantasy, lustful thoughts... I say, “presence, righteousness, positive thinking is my refuge. Lustful people will never succeed, will never find peace.”

 

There is nothing that the world praises can give me. Even if they stacked up all the praises, claps… It would not do me any good inwardly. I seek the internal peace, beingness, the one, the return, the inevitable.

 

I would be inclined to do negative deeds, and negative thoughts had I not lived in mindfulness and beingness. Then, I realized that I don’t need it. I can live without it. I am contented and blessed.

Pleasure is not life. Beingness, being at peace, living in the present moment is the true life, true living. Not living for the next pleasure, the next argument to win.

True, correct perception of life is more important than anything in the world. Without that, I am lost. I am shaken by every circumstance.

Doing the wrong is having a racy conscience. Refraining from the wrong, even without doing anything good, brings a conscience of peace.

I put my affairs onto presence, not the world or people.

If beingness, presence doesn’t overpower me, I might yield to body pleasure… Once I am rooted in beingness, all these distractions become noise. I don’t see them. They can no longer bother me.

I can look at a person and know right away their vibes. I can listen to a person and know right away their vibes. I have shunned the religion of a people who do not live in the now, the world has groped them. Their actions are more important than to live in the present moment. They are self-seeking. They deny the day of clear consciousness, the day of detachment. They seek some type of fulfilment from it. Living in the now, I do not play, nor condone playing. Everything will disappear as if they have never existed. Only presence remains. The argument of last week. The promotion of last year…

If all that a person desires are ego, he will have it. But he will have no presence in him, no mindfulness. But if he desires inner peace, joy which are the source of the soul, mindfulness will provide that.

I do not associate anything with mindfulness. This is life’s grace upon humanity. This is our source of peace and joy. But most of mankind do not know that. They think something can give them peace. They think the music can… They are not appreciative of mindfulness. If they are, they would dwell in it and more good would come out of it.

Oh my fellow people, which one is better: “one thought or many thoughts.” I follow beingness, the one and only. I have left a religion, a path of people who follow every whim going into their heads and what others are saying or doing. I follow one-mindedness. This is the path of every righteous person before me.  

Whatever magic you have invented. This happens because of this… This is the work of the ego, and misguided forefathers. It doesn’t exist anywhere but in your minds. Consciousness has never changed. It is the only reality.

Being lost in the ego can make one forget a lot.

The universe doesn’t guide the scheming of the dishonest.

I have been established in the land to do whatever I want. This is how positive thinking creates a world of beauty on its own. And the reward of being fully present is far greater for those who think positively every day, every moment, who shun every negative, distracting thought.

Thow away all your thoughts so you may have full peace. If I introduce just one thought, then I won’t have any peace.

There is nowhere to place trust but to place trust in positive thinking and presence.

Nothing happens in my life except my thoughts that have matured. The total faculty of my thoughts is housed in my soul. So, my soul creates it.

I am great in wisdom because of what life has taught me through silence.

The universe rewards the charitable ones. More important than charity is beingness.

Whoever dwells in presence and positive thinking, good will come.

The universe has preferred positive thinkers over negative thinkers.  

I sense the smell of beingness, calmness in this place.

Beingness, please remove all our negativities, wantingness… Bring contentment, joy.

Bring free from prison… Everything is from the soul. Not people’s work. There is no enmity. Surely, my soul brings forth everything in maturation.

The peace and joy are in the little things. The ungrateful pass by signs because they are looking for big things (car, marriage, the world, other people definitions of success…)

I am not of those who follow many views.

Anything is easy through presence and positive thinking.

It is time to kill the ego and be forgotten and to live as a new person in the now.

Good comes from many unexpected places for those who think positive.

I have vowed contemplative silence for the whole day.

Consciousness is the real inheritor of the earth and of everything. All things will disappear as if they never existed. They never existed except in the mind of consciousness, except in thoughts. Things have no reality by themselves.

He said to his father: “why do you put your faith in something you created?” Indeed, you are the awareness out of which all things are possible. So, reside in awareness, that is true faith. Do not follow the ego. For indeed, the ego and the beingness can not exist at the same time. So chase the ego.

I have children who dwelt in contemplative meditation. Whenever a word is uttered that take them into silence and meditation, they weep with joy.

Those who neglect stillness and follow lust will have a painful punishment. They are unaware between the relationship of thought and reality.

Beingness provides the deepest peace: morning and night. That is paradise. A state of total fulfilment.

Presence is my power. The egoic people take possession and other people as power. The negative people are never satisfied and they think that the worst is about to befall them at any moment. While the positive thinkers walk in peace.

All creation comes from the one consciousness.

Everything will leave me at the moment of departing, without accomplices. So, I put no one in my perception of reality. All the made-up realities that I worshipped or given power over me will leave me. Death is the stripping away of everything that is not me. I become clear consciousness.

 

Oh, I wish I was a thing forgotten. Oh, I wish I had lost all of my ego. And be no one in particular. To be just consciousness.

 

Chapter 20 - 113:

I stand in presence to the universe, in awe to everything.

I seek refuge from constant wrong thinking.

I seek refuge from constant self-seeking thoughts.

I seek refuge from fantasy and negative thinking.

Charity:

I do positive deeds not for A or G but it is the law of the universe. If I do good, more good will come to me. If I think positive, more positivity will come to me.

I have pushed away the ego.

Because of positive thinking, I have mastered my thoughts, my ego, and developed mindfulness to reach my true self.

I have purified my heart. I have controlled my lust.

I am free from the ego forever. My thoughts become reality.

Because I have controlled my thoughts, my existence is a feast every day till eternity.

Positive thoughts, the universe Is my guide.

May right thinking and positive thinking always be with me wherever I am.

Presence gives the best knowledge and peace that the world can not provide.

In every goal I undertake, I see success.
